Austin resident Clifton Highfield shared chilling footage of icicles forming on a ceiling fan at his house as it spun around in circles. It’s unclear if the fan was outdoors in the bad weather or if the pipes in Highfield’s house burst. Either way here’s hoping that Highfield and other Texans are getting the assistance they need during this unexpected bout of freezing winter temperatures.
