The Logos of Popular Social Media Networks Illustrated as Monsters
San Francisco artist Mike Hales recently took the logos of popular social media networks and illustrated each of them as various monsters. He created creature versions of major social networks like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and others. The full series of monstrous logos are available to view on Hales’ art blog.
A few months ago I had creators block. I couldn’t draw anything. While I was spending a few weeks in Idaho visiting relatives, I made this monster drawing of the Instagram logo. I thought it was a neat idea. So I started making one or two a day. The second one I made was of Twitter.
