In the music video for “Banana Brain” by the wonderfully eccentric South African group Die Antwoord, singer ¥O-LANDI VI$$ER plays a young girl who brews up potent cups of tea for her parents before sneaking out to a wild party with a thuggish guy played by Ninja. After experiencing “the best time of her life”, she goes home with a new haircut for which he sweetly gives her his hat to hide. “Banana Brain” is the first single off their upcoming album “MOUNT NINJI AND DA NICE TIME KID“.
