A Quaint Ukulele Cover of the Disco Song ‘Le Freak’

While performing in 2005 at the Barbican in London, The talented musicians of the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain (previously) played a rather quaint and proper cover of the 1978 disco smash “Le Freak” by Chic.

This performance of ‘Le Freak’ is taken from our 2005 show at The Barbican, London.

This track can be found on the Orchestra’s DVD Anarchy in the Ukulele.

A concert recorded live at The Barbican, London UK. The nearest thing yet to experiencing the ukes live show without actually being there. Includes “Smells Like Teen Spirit”, “McArthur Park” and the handbell/ukulele ringers version of “You don’t bring me flowers”.
