Piipshow, A Delightful Live Stream of a Bird Feeder Modeled to Look Like a Hip Café
“Piipshow” is a delightful live stream of a bird feeder in Norway that is modeled to look like a hip café. During daylight hours, avian visitors, including a “short tempered nuthatch” and a “depressed bullfinch,” can be seen grabbing a bite at the bar. Occasional squirrel robberies are also caught on video. The project was created by photographer Magne Klann in collaboration with model maker Lars Aurtrade. It is produced by Norwegian broadcaster NRK.
