Charlie the Dog Is Afraid to Pass Fluffy the Cat on the Stairs

In this video from 2012, Charlie the dog just wants to make it up the stairs, but is afraid to do so because Fluffy the cat is giving him major stink-eye. He eventually succeeds but not without Fluffy giving him a little whack as he passes.
