The Bullitt San Francisco Chase Scene Geocoded & Mapped

I know this will take all the fun out of street spotting, but “Steve McQueen“, has geocoded the famous chase scene from Bullitt. I love to see them magically teleport from Mission, to North Beach, to Marina Greens to Daly City for a fiery finish.

F***ing A!! I wanna do that! Bullitt also had a scene in the old Kennedy Hotel on Embarcadero – one of the great waterfront flophouses. It was abandoned in the late 70's and was a playground for the Suicide Club.

I have a 1968 fastback in Fresno that has been waiting 15 years to do that run. Or at least the logistically feasible sections…
