WattUp, A Router That Can Wirelessly Charge Mobile Devices Up to 15 Feet Away

WattUp is a wireless router developed by San Jose, California technology company Energous that is capable of sending a charge to mobile devices up to 15 feet away. The company has demonstrated the technology as a standalone charging router and has teamed up with Chinese electronic manufacture Haier to incorporate the technology into future home appliances like refrigerators and washing machines.
