Talented Musician Brilliantly Plays ‘Everybody Wants to Rule the World’ on Hammered Dulcimer
Ted Yoder, an extremely talented multi-instrumentalist who lives in Arkansas performed a brilliant cover of the Tears for Fears song “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” on the hammered dulcimer, lending gorgeous texture to the sound. The song has made quite a resurgence since Angela Moss (Portia Doubleday) performed a listless rendition in the “eps2.6_succ3ss0r.p12” episode of Mr. Robot.
As a result of the incredible popularity of this performance, Tears for Fears singer Curt Smith and drummer Jamie Wollam traveled to Yoder’s Arkansas home where all three musicians performed the song together.
