Real Life Instagram, Artist Installs Instagram-Like Paper Frames in Public Places

In the project “Real Life Instagram,” artist Bruno Ribeiro created paper frames—designed to mimic Instagram’s photo display interface—and posted them in public places. In addition to the text and icons found with a typical Instagram photo, the frames also cleverly include colored filters. As his project photos show, passersby gamely photographed the real life Instagram frames. In all likelihood, their photos are now up on Instagram.
