The very talented Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin (previously) of Pies Are Awesome has created an amazingly detailed mince pie in the distinctive shape and design of the Millenium Falcon. This delectable project was baked for Star Wars UK in January, but its a perfect way to celebrate May the Fourth.
