Hong Kong tattoo artist Mini Lau of Hello Tattoo has created her own very specific style of inking. Lau has a light hand, using delicate designs and an unusual array of candy colored pastel inks. Her work is exacting, but with a playful sense of whimsy that’s definitely on-trend.
