Writer and director Jason Headley, who made the hilarious video “F*ck That: An Honest Meditation“, has created an accompanying app that allows peace seekers to access their daily dose of profanity-laced meditation in a variety of lengths, up to 15 minutes.
Mindfulness for the rest of us. This is a guided meditation that contains 2, 5, 10, and 15 minutes versions of the popular online video, combining peaceful meditation with a pinch of salty language
People kept asking for longer versions of "F*ck That." So I made this handy app: https://t.co/Zovg2GOiNy pic.twitter.com/Ps3YDahtzB

In addition to the video and the app, Headley has also penned a book with the same title which will be available for purchase on April 12, 2016.
Let this book help you find peace with the challenges that surround you. Because they are f*cking everywhere. We all have an inner voice. Sometimes it’s just not quite as serene as we’d like. Based on the viral video that had everyone from yogis to workaholics raving, F*ck That is the completely truthful and oddly tranquil guide to achieving your inner peace.
