Disney and Pixar Release a New Clip From ‘Inside Out’ to Celebrate the Film’s Acceptance to the Cannes Film Festival
The upcoming Disney and Pixar film Inside Out will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, and to celebrate, the studio has released a new clip. The film largely takes place inside Riley, an 11-year-old, and is centered around her personified emotions as they try to help the young girl adjust to life in a new city.
The new clip shows her emotions, led by Joy (Amy Poehler), as they prepare for Riley’s first day at her new school. The film also stars the voice talents of Lewis Black (Anger), Phyllis Smith (Sadness), Mindy Kaling (Disgust), and Bill Hader (Fear). An earlier trailer shows the characters of Joy and Sadness embarking on an adventure through Riley’s memories.
The Cannes Film Festival will run from May 13, 2015 to May 24, 2015, and Inside Out will be released in theaters on June 19, 2015.
