An Incredible 4K Time-Lapse of the Sun Showing the Largest Sunspot in 22 Years

An incredible 4K time-lapse video of the Sun was compiled by James Tyrwhitt-Drake from more than 17,000 images taken by the NASA Solar Dynamics Observatory and Helioviewer.org. The video shows the massive and active sunspot AR 2192, the largest in 22 years, as the Sun rotates during the period of October 14th to 30th, 2014.
