Two Men Gently Capture a Pelican to Remove the Fishing Line That Had Clamped the Bird’s Beak Shut

Two compassionate men in Gulf Shores, Alabama benevolently took the time to gently remove fishing line that was wrapped around the beak of a helpless pelican. The fishing line had clamped its beak shut and left the poor bird to starve. One man snuck up behind the pelican and expertly grabbed the bird, while the other man helped to remove the tangled line. The pelican showed his appreciation by freely flying away.
