They Might Be Giants

Wake up and smell the cat food, in your bank account! One of my favorite bands and ambassador of the absurd, They Might Be Giants, are now podcasting.

This first episode is approximately 20 minutes long and features a number of exclusive recordings and some unusual tracks we suspect you’ll find interesting. The host is the Duke of Dead Air- Cecil Portesque- broadcasting from an undisclosed, very rainy location. Future podcasts are already in the works. Please check it out, and we sincerely invite you to hip as many people you know about this show- especially you blogtopianists out there.

What if I don’t HAVE itunes and don’t want to buy into their DRM corporate blah blah blah? The XML link they offer is great – it has this URL to the podcast: http://www.tmbg.com/_media/_pod/TMBGpodcast1.mp3

So now I gotta figure out how to save it to my computer. *grump*
