SayWhat, App Lets Callers Use Message or Emoticon to Introduce Their Phone Call

SayWhat is a free Android app that takes the mystery out of incoming calls by letting callers attach an explanatory message or emoticon with their call. The app also features a “Can U Talk” button that lets callers quickly inquire if its the right time for a phone call. The app is by SayWhat Dialer Labs.
