How wonderful! I love the two inch ruler.

Season one of Look Around You was genius but season 2 was a real disappointment. The writers have a more recent project – an organized religion! http://www.tarvu.com/

I’m so glad to see these on here. They really deserve a wider audience and as someone who had to watch the videos that these parody in school I can really say they are very good.

You’ll also be happy to note that Look Around You is now airing on [adult swim], early Monday mornings at 01.00hrs. In related news, FremantleMedia North America has been scouring the YouTubes with C&D orders.

I’m crying at my desk. So funny.

I’m working on a science education video, and I can’t decide whether to avoid having it turn out like one of these–or try to make it MORE like one of these.

Thanks for bringing these wonderful educational resources to light. If you watch several of these episodes, however– Calcium, for example– you may notice references to a phenomenon known as the Helvetica Scenario. I’ve launched a public awareness campaign on the subject, which I hope you will share with your readers.

As part of this campaign, I have created a set of warning labels suitable for printing onto sticker paper. I encourage everyone to download the file and keep a stack of these stickers on hand at all times. If you see Helvetica in the wild, do your part for public safety and apply the sticker in a visible location.

This is not comedy, this is how we teach science in the UK.
