Chocolade Haas is a beautiful video by Dutch filmmaker Sander Plug featuring a series of three chocolate bunnies being melted in interesting ways.

The video features wonderfully haunting music by film composer Nathan Larson.

That was strangely beautiful. I felt a bit sad for the bunnies, though.

Please make sure you repost this around Easter. Be very very quiet, I’m melting wabbits!

interesting, and yes – strangely beautiful…except the last one (blow-dryer-bunny) took me back to the first Indiana Jones when the Nazis open the ark, and Indiana Jones wisely advises gal-pal to look away…poor bunny was the spitting image of googly glasses Nazi…as if being melted didn’t make it feel bad enough.

…i dont find this “strangely beautiful” ….i….thought it was dumb, just well shot. nothing more. The music had more “emotional” impact than the video…..seriously, mute the volume……do you still find it remotely as interesting?

Bob, yes your right about the music, without it, the video wouldnt have had nearly as much an impact.

but…

please do me a favour and watch ANY somewhat emotionaly moving movie muted and see how enjoyable it is nevermind moving.

the score to any video is really important to the kind of reaction you would like from it
