Walking My Dog I, Colorful Abstract Designs Created with Discarded Lighters

In his photo series “walking my dog I,” photographer Eddy de Azevedo created colorful abstract designs out of discarded items that he found while walking his dog on the beaches of Capbreton, France. The designs are the first installment in his 4-part “walking my dog” series—each installment features objects he finds or sees while out for a stroll. Azevedo takes his inspiration from geometric abstract paintings, particularly works by Mark Rothko.
