‘Unpronounceable’, A They Might Be Giants Dial-A-Song Track About the Mystery of Other People

For the 11th week of their year-long Dial-A-Song project (previously), They Might Be Giants offer up “Unpronounceable,” a track about how difficult it is to truly get to know other people.

Now I spend
My days and nights
Looking at
A depression on the sofa
And over time it flattens out
But I am still depressed

The track is accompanied by an animated music video collage by New York City-based design studio ITWST (I Think We’re Still Thinking).
