Time-Lapse Video of Snails Covered in LEDs and UV Paint
A group of researchers at the University of Exeter outfitted 450 snails with LED lights and UV paint and created a time-lapse video of their twinkling nocturnal movements. The study was commissioned by Be Lungworm Aware to better study the transmission of potentially deadly lungworm between snails and slugs and domestic dogs.
