The Pet Chair, A Wooden Chair That Casts the Silhouette of a Menacing Face

The seemingly ornamental cutouts in the seat and back of the Pet Chair cast the silhouette of a menacing face when light is shone through them. The chair was created by designer Yaara Dekel as part of her “Coppélius” furniture design project at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem.
