The Illinois Office of Tourism and ad agency JWT Chicago have collaborated on “Mini Abe’s Spontaneous Fall,” a humorous commercial that promotes tourism in Illinois starring a miniature plastic Abraham Lincoln. We previously posted about the same little Abe Lincoln getting ready for the 2013 Oscars.
