Candy Cane & Gingerbread Flavored Jell-O Instant Puddings

While shopping at my local Safeway in Alameda, California, I came across a colorful display of Jell-O Instant Pudding mixes featuring two holiday flavors: Candy Cane and Gingerbread. For a moment, I half-wondered what you could make with these oddly flavored puddings. Thankfully, on the back of each box, there is a recipe that uses these specially flavored mixes. For candy cane, you can make Candy Cane OREO Parfait (it requires the use of real candy canes) and for the gingerbread flavor, they offer a recipe for Gingerbread Trifle, a layered dessert that also includes chocolate cookies and vanilla pudding.
