Bruno, A Smart Trash Can With Built-In Vacuum Capabilities, Smartphone Alerts, and Hands-Free Lid

Bruno is a smart trash can with built-in vacuum capabilities, smartphone alerts, and hands-free lid from designers Jim Howard and Lori Montag. The can pairs with an app that will remind users to take the trash out, and alert them when they might be running low on trash bags. Users can reorder special Bruno bags with one push from within the app.

Howard and Montag are currently funding Bruno through a Kickstarter campaign where potential buyers can preorder the can at a discount and get other rewards.
