A Delightful Octopus Hairpiece by Kirstie Williams

Australian artist Kirstie Williams made an incredible octopus hairpiece for herself as part of a costume for a recent steampunk ball. The piece is made out of artificial hair extensions and a foam core. Williams has posted instructions for the piece.
