Stephen Colbert recently debuted his extreme surgically assisted weight loss option, the Esophagorge, during an episode of The Late Show. The parody device is a response to the very real AspireAssist, a tube that is inserted through the skin into a patient’s stomach to allow them to empty the undigested contents.
