Adorable Animal Sculptures Made of Fruits and Vegetables

UK-based artist Al “Mode” Matthews makes charming animal sculptures out of fruits and vegetables. Matthews began making the creatures to pass the time while working at a ski resort, but the online popularity of the animals has led him to focus on food sculpture. He intends to use his creatures in a children’s book about nutrition. The sculptures are pictured in photographs by photographer Stephanie Manuel.
