Actress Melissa Benoist in Costume as Supergirl for CBS’ Upcoming Television Series Based on the DC Comics Superhero
CBS and DC Comics have released new photos of actress Melissa Benoist, best known for starring in Glee, posing in costume as Supergirl for CBS’ upcoming television series based on the powerful superhero. According to DC Comics, the “costume for Supergirl was designed by three-time Oscar winner Colleen Atwood.” CBS’ pilot episode of the television series is currently set to premiere sometime in 2015.
