The New York Pizza Project, Documenting New York City’s Pizza Shops in Photos and Interviews
To highlight the unique relationship between New Yorkers and their favorite food, a team of five New York City natives has spent the past three years documenting neighborhood pizza shops for the New York Pizza Project. The team has visited over 100 pizza shops, focusing on neighborhood small businesses rather than chains. At each shop, they conduct interviews and meticulously photograph. The project is being developed into a book, which the team is funding on Kickstarter.
