The Mixtape, Audio Video Mashup Performed on a Reel to Reel Machine

“The Mixtape” is a live audio & video mashup by Chris Evans-Roberts that was performed on a vintage reel to reel tape machine.

It’s been 50th years since the first cassette tapes were produced and we wanted to produce a project to celebrate the format that brought us mixtapes and gave birth to the revolution of home sampling and affordable multitrack recording.
