The Decapitator Returns, Now Beheading Newspaper Ads
Remember “The Decapitator“, the guy who went around London altering advertising to give a gruesome appearance of a decapitation. Well he’s back, this time decapitating heads on ads in thelondonpaper. He’s even made a detailed video showing the entire hijacking, alteration and re-placement process.
