HostingCon 2005

HostingCon 2005 takes place next week, June 6th & 7th, in Chicago and Laughing Squid will be there to check it out (if you are going, let me know). The last time there was convention specifically for web hosting was in Washington DC back in 2001 when the now defunct Web Hosting Magazine had their Web Hosting Expo. This must be a sure sign that Web 2.0 is in full swing if is possible to once again have a convention with the sole focus on web hosting. A lot has happened since we started our little side project in 1998 to help fund our operations and make it easier for people to have an online presence.
