YouTube Launches Community Tab to Let Channels Share Content and Better Interact With Viewers
YouTube has launched a Community tab feature to let channels share more content and better interact with viewers from directly within the YouTube platform. In the past, channels would have to create separate websites or social media accounts to do anything but post videos or comments, but will now be able to share text, live videos, and images in their Community tab.
The feature was developed in collaboration with several popular channels including Vlogbrothers, who announced the feature and their own upcoming project “100 Days” which will make use of the Community tab as a central part of its implementation.
