Triumph the Insult Comic Dog Returns to ‘Conan’ to Share Jokes That Were Censored by NBC and ‘The Today Show’
Triumph the Insult Comic Dog returned to Conan to share a series of jokes that were censored by NBC when Triumph appeared on The Today Show to promote his upcoming Adult Swim series, The Jack and Triumph Show. The show stars Triumph alongside Jack McBrayer as roommates and former co-stars of a Lassie-like show.
Triumph was created in 1997 for Late Night With Conan O’Brien by comedy writer Robert Smigel, who also performs the character.
