The Food Surgeon Performs a Thorough Dissection of a Luscious Red Pepper
Opting for something a little healthier this week, the Food Surgeon doubled up on scalpels and doubled down to perform a very careful and thorough dissection of a luscious red pepper, seeds and all.
Surgeon’s notes:
0:34 – Please, oh please, don’t slice open my finger.
0:37 – Two scalpels are better than one.
1:48 – Looks like a parasitic infestation. But no, just seeds.
2:42 – The sun gleaming off the blade of the scalpel. It’s so beautiful.
3:27 – Patient’s internal organs are also beautiful..
3:38 – .. and delicious.
