Realistic Hybrid Animals Made From Digitally Manipulated Photos
Redditor Arne Olav has created a collection of hybrid animals, unique chimeras made out of digitally manipulated photos of animals. In an interview with PetaPixel, Olav briefly explains his process alongside step-by-step images. First, he puts the pictures in two layers, adjusts for size, and erases the unnecessary parts. After that, he works to smooth the transition between the different animals and match lighting, colors, and other details. You can find more of Olav’s creatures on reddit and there’s also an entire subreddit dedicated to the art of creating hybrid animals, just be ready to answer the question “Would you rather fight 100 huck-sized dorses or 1 dorse-sized huck?”
