Personal Threat Level Lets Users Create Their Own Department of Homeland Security-Style Chart
Personal Threat Level, by programmer Cayce Balara, is a website that does exactly what it sounds like: It allows users to create their own personal threat level chart in the style of the original United States Department of Homeland Security’s threat level chart that was phased out in 2011. The current system, the National Terror Advisory System (NTAS), includes only two levels of threat in the form of imminent and emergent, and these are only issued based on credible information.
