Marshmallow Peeps Fluffernutter Sandwich

In 2010, Jessie Oleson of Cakespy made her own marshmallow Peeps-filled version of the traditional peanut butter and marshmallow Fluff sandwich, the Fluffernutter. In her version, she uses pound cake for the bread and Peeps for the marshmallow center to make a “delectably decadent dessert sandwich.” Recipe at Serious Eats.
