‘Life Itself’, A Documentary About Film Critic Roger Ebert
Directed by Steve James and Produced by Martin Scorsese and Steven Zaillian, Life Itself is an upcoming documentary from Magnolia Pictures that examines the life of famed film critic Roger Ebert. Arriving in theaters and on-demand on July 4th, 2014, the documentary follows Ebert’s life from pulp movie writer, to famous critic and up through the battle with thyroid cancer that took his life.
