How I Met Your Motherboard, Tales of Early Computing

How I Met Your Motherboard

Jason Bitner recently launched How I Met Your Motherboard, a new blog featuring people’s stories of their early adventures in computing.

In the early days, computers were strictly for the nerds. Back then we had no clue that we’d soon be “Googling” strangers, building enormous networks of “friends,” and creating fan pages for goats and pickles. Nope, we were learning how to be young entrepreneurs with Lemonade Stand and exploring the old west with Oregon Trail. As the years progressed, however, the nerds won out, and we all now live in their Facebooky, Twittery, cloud-computery world.
