Garden Station, An Art Park and Community Garden in Downtown Dayton
On a recent trip to Dayton, OH I came across Garden Station, an art park and community garden near the Oregon District that was created in 2008 around an old rail yard that had been vacant for over 50 years. There are many wonderful art installations and murals to check out while exploring the site, which is run by community volunteers, so to help keep things going they accept donations. See the Garden Station Facebook page for the latest updates and upcoming events.
