Star Wars Action Figure Compendium Poster by Christopher Lee

Van Nuys, California-based illustrator Christopher Lee (aka “The Beast is Back“) has created “Star Wars – Action Figure Compendium Poster” (here is a larger version) that pays “tribute to Star Wars and the iconic Kenner card backs from the 80’s.” Hand signed prints are available to purchase online at The Beast Shoppe. Chris is also currently displaying this piece in the A Saga in the Stars: A Tribute to a Galaxy Far, Far Away group art show at Gallery Nucleus in Alhambra, California until Sunday, May 26, 2013.

This one in particular is the “92 card back” which covered the entire basic figure assortment. While Yak Face was never included in the lineup, I threw him in there for good measure.
