Star Wars: Live on Stage

Saturday night I finally had a chance to check out the hilariously awesome Star Wars: Live on Stage at The Dark Room in San Francisco (see Mikl-em’s previous post). I hadn’t planned on shooting photos, but ended up taking a few from the third row (sorry Geekboy, I didn’t get any good ones of your characters).

Star Wars: Live on Stage runs through December 27th (Fridays & Saturdays at 8pm). I highly recommend checking it out if you have a chance.

This is interesting. I am happy for these people getting this together and to put it on stage. But, as a member of the rebel legion and involved with the 501st as well, these costumes are not very good. The Leia and Tarkin are the best ones. I am guessing this is a comedy/spoof. I would go see it for the enterainment value, and because I am a die hard star wars fan. When i read the part about lucas’s reaction, i think he might have the same opinion of this as the holiday special, although, I don’t know how George things so don’t quote me on that. Gotta love people trying to do something new with star wars.

I thought it was something I had done. Something worse than being in a stage production of Star Wars. For me it has been one of the best things I have ever experienced. If only it could go on for a few more shows.
