Makeup artist Karina of BeautifulYouWorld has created a video tutorial titled Anime Cartoon Inspired Halloween Makeup Look to transform ordinary eyes into giant cutesy anime cartoon ones. The look is really fun but requires having your eyes shut for the full effect.
