Chicken John Campaign Financing Lunch

Chicken John has placed this ad (here’s a larger version) is in today’s issue of the SF Weekly. Chicken is inviting his campaign donors to lunch on Tuesday, October 9th at noon in South Park to discuss the status of his matching funds, the Ethics Commission and SF politics in general.

Well, while he’s making sure that the “who matching funds thing works for the next candidate” I wonder if he’ll make sure people can’t get $50,000 in taxpayer money for joke campaigns that they aren’t even trying to win! Think he will?
