The Original Cast of Trainspotting Reunites 20 Years Later For a Long-Awaited Sequel
On July 19th, the 20th anniversary of Trainspotting, the brilliant 1996 Danny Boyle film, Sony Pictures Entertainment announced that the long-awaited, oft-rumored sequel T2 will finally be coming to theaters in February 2017. The new film will reunite stars Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller and Robert Carlyle in their original roles as Rent Boy, Spud, Sick Boy and Begbie, respectively.
