The Nest at Wieden+Kennedy, Which Was Featured on Portlandia

Last month the advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy hosted an amazing rooftop party at their Portland headquarters as part of the XOXO Festival. It was my first visit to the W+K offices and of course one of the first things I noticed while walking across their interior bridge to the party was “The Nest”, a meeting space sculpture created by artist Patrick Dougherty that was made famous in a sketch on episode 4 of Portlandia, IFC’s comedy series that satirizes Portland.
